Isara has spent 18 years inside Thailand's tourism and hospitality industry — starting as a travel sales consultant, rising to resort general manager, then moving to the technology side itself: hotel channel management, the OYO hotel network, and cloud-based PMS software, before founding The KPI Plus, a digital marketing agency for hospitality brands. NAWA was built from that dual vantage point — having run the front desk, and having built the software sold to it. He holds a Master's degree from NIDA, Thailand's only UNWTO TedQual-certified institution.
